Who You Are


The Web Analytics and Optimization Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our web marketing strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize web performance and enhance user engagement. This position calls for a passionate and analytical professional who can interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations. You will be responsible for monitoring website traffic, conducting A/B testing, and automating reporting processes to ensure that compelling data back every decision. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and user experience, you will identify opportunities for optimization across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web analytics tools and techniques and the ability to present findings to stakeholders compellingly. As the Web Analytics and Optimization Lead, you will also lead initiatives to develop frameworks for tracking and analyzing user behavior, ensuring that our online presence continuously aligns with business objectives and user needs. Your expertise will help drive strategic decisions, enhance the overall customer journey, and contribute significantly to the success and growth of our company in the digital landscape. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement web analytics strategies to measure traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and increase conversions. 
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for website improvements. 
  • Create and automate reporting processes to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and optimization. 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets. 
  • Comfortable communicating KPIs and test results to stakeholders and executive leadership. 
  • Specific experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
  •  Experience in the financial industry is a plus
