This is a remote position.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proficient Squarespace Web Developer to update our current website and develop a second, nearly identical site with a different URL and title. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of Squarespace functionalities, and the ability to implement SEO best practices and Google Ads integrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Updates: Revise and enhance the existing Squarespace website to improve functionality and user experience.

  • Site Duplication: Create a second website mirroring the current one, with adjustments to the URL and title as specified.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO specialist to ensure that website updates align with ongoing SEO strategies.

  • Google Ads Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for immediate visibility.

  • Blog Integration: Incorporate a blog section into both websites, ensuring easy content management and user engagement.

  • Responsive Design: Ensure both websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess website performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance speed and user experience.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing and managing Squarespace websites.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Ads integration.

  • Experience with blog setup and content management within Squarespace.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
