Circle is seeking a Website Marketing Lead to own the execution of the global website strategy and ongoing optimization of Circle's web presence.
In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will manage projects that shape how users experience Circle's brands online - from content strategy and user journeys, to web performance, SEO, and site optimizations. You'll partner across product marketing, UX, creative, growth, and engineering to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, marketing vision, project management skills, and creative collaboration to enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000

- Manage and execute website projects that enhance Circle's digital experience - from content updates and landing page builds to structural and performance improvements.
- Support campaign and product launch initiatives through effective web planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the website roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand web content and visuals that elevate Circle's storytelling.
- Support translation and localization efforts to tailor content and website experiences for key global markets.
- Ensure the websites follow SEO and web performance best practices, improving visibility and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for website optimization, improved user journeys, new feature development, and interactive experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Superset) to monitor site performance, identify insights, and inform ongoing optimizations.
- Partner with marketing operations, legal, policy, and compliance to ensure website content meets regulatory and company standards.
- Stay up to date on web marketing trends, technologies, and competitive insights to inform recommendations while leveraging AI tools to drive greater efficiency
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or web marketing - ideally within a B2B or technology-focused organization.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, UX, SEO, analytics, and web marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience working within a CMS (e.g., Webflow, Contentful, or similar), including managing updates, publishing content, and QAing builds.
- Proven ability to plan, build, and optimize web experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with design, content, and engineering teams to bring projects from concept to launch.
- Excellent project management and communication skills - able to manage timelines, gather feedback, and deliver high-quality work across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Superset, or similar) and comfort using data to identify insights and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of SEO and technical optimization fundamentals , including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and page speed improvements.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement in digital marketing and user experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with LLM/AI search optimization and emerging web discovery technologies.
- Exposure to A/B testing, personalization, or experimentation too
- Understanding of accessibility and localization standards.
