Position Title: Windows Azure Build Engineer
Location: Redmond WA
Hire Type: Full Time Only
Salary: As Per Market
Job Description:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent with a min of 3 years of Azure build experience
Initial verification, bootstrap and validation of Azure datacenters and clusters
Strong working/support knowledge in applications written using C#/C++, .Net, ASP.NET, SOAP Web Services, SQL and Experience with WCF is a plus
Strong scripting and coding skills
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IIS, Active Directory, XML and SQL
Strong knowledge of Networking Essentials (routers, switches, security, CCNA equivalent)
Knowledge in DNS , deep understanding of OSI model
Strong knowledge in hardware troubleshooting
Desirable Technical Skills
Working knowledge of writing and calling WebServices in C# (WCF or SOAP is acceptable)
Demonstrated Technical understanding of Microsoft and industry products & technologies
Understanding of TFS for code source control
Mandatory Functional Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Understand backlog tracking and task definition
Understanding of MOF/ITIL framework
Knowledge on support (Incident, request and change management) functions
