Job Description:
· 3 + years of technical support experience in Windows Platform, Operating System, Virtualization, basic Networking, and System Administration etc.
· Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

- Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
- Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
- The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
- Cross-team collaboration
· Platform (windows /Windows Azure) Skills
- Experience in Windows & Windows Azure Platform services
- Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
- Familiarity with system management tools such as SCOM
- Experience with Hyper-V configuration and administration
- Azure Platform development and deployment concepts
- Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting
- Operating System/Virtualization
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
