  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices  
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Extend Product Manager to lead the design, development, and management of Workday Extend applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday platforms, proficiency in AI integration, strong product management skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workday Extend applications, including ideation, development, deployment, and ongoing management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify needs and define product requirements.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and Workday best practices.

  • Manage the development process using Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

  • Integrate AI-driven solutions into Workday Extend applications to enhance automation, data analysis, and user experience.

  • Ensure high-quality product delivery through thorough testing, documentation, and user training.

  • Stay current with Workday updates, AI advancements, features, and best practices to continuously improve product offerings.

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with Workday platforms.

  • Proven experience with Workday Extend, including application development and deployment.

  • Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll.

  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and AI-driven automation tools.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Integration tools.

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML required.

  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar preferred.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or AI-specific languages preferred.

  • Understanding of web-application frameworks such as NextJS and React preferred.

  • Workday certification in Extend required.

  • AI certifications or relevant coursework preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
