Job Title: Workday Financials Functional Support Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract (2+ Years)
Start: ASAP

Overview

We are seeking experienced Workday Financials Functional Support Consultants to support a large-scale Workday implementation program. The role will partner closely with UA Finance teams and the implementation partner to deliver end-to-end functional support and ensure a smooth transition to production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of the Workday implementation including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment

  • Provide support for integrations, reporting, data conversion, and tenant build validation

  • Prepare functional documentation, decision papers, and executive-ready presentations

  • Support UAT, defect resolution, and post–go-live stabilization

  • Define user support processes and provide best-practice guidance

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials

  • Prior experience in large, complex Workday implementations

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a multi-year transformation program

  • Workday Certification is a plus
