Job Description

The Workday Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of Allstate’s growing Workday product portfolio. In this role, you will manage strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. The Workday Lead Digital Product Manager also collaborates with key business stakeholders and technologists to ensure successful product adoption.
The internal Allstate job title used for this role is Product Management (Technical) Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Workday Product team’s efforts to deliver employee centric, modern Workday experiences

  • Identify, validate, and prioritize Workday platform opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners

  • Use your domain knowledge to ideate and design a scalable and robust, full platform experience for coreHR, and overall Workday HCM

  • Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions

  • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization

  • Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.

  • Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the “product expert” for your defined product area.

  • Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs

  • Be customer focused with a priority on understanding their experiences, needs and habits to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations.

  • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.

  • Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action

  • Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working in Product Management (Preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile product management (Preferred)

  • 7+ year of experience with Workday HCM (Preferred)

Education

4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience

10 or more years of experience (Preferred)

This job has supervisory duties.

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
