The Manager – Global Robotic Solutions & Workflow Solutions is responsible for driving market development and demand creation for ESAB’s robotic welding and workflow solutions portfolio in NAM.

The role focuses on identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, supporting integrator and partner development, and positioning ESAB as a workflow solution provider across robotic welding solutions.

Primary Duties

  • Drives identification and development of strategic business opportunities together with the global Business Development Leadership team for GRS and Workflow Solutions in the market
  • Active sales support to drive Workflow Solutions within the market
  • Analyzes market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to support structured opportunity development
  • Perform GRS go-to-market strategies and drive growth of robotics solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and interaction with regional integrators and key account customers
  • Drive key account development, and qualify business opportunities together with regional sales teams
  • Moving from component sales to workflow solution sales
  • Strategic rollout of the EWM portfolio in NAM
  • Representing the company externally at key industry events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, or related technical discipline
  • Experience with robotic welding, automation, or industrial workflow solutions
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding
  • Structured and disciplined approach to opportunity management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range:

$131,644.00-$153,515.00
