Position Summary

The Workforce Analyst is responsible for curating, maintaining, and reporting workforce data. The workforce planning team will rely on this individual’s ability to tell a story through data to make strategic decisions to support and grow workforce planning and development efforts. This role will also create and implement automated dashboards to visualize essential workforce data and deliver ad hoc reports to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Curates and maintains relevant workforce data
  • Develops and implements relevant and impactful Power BI dashboards to showcase essential workforce data in partnership with workforce development
  • Delivers projects with high level of data integrity and accuracy
  • Partners with stakeholders both internal and external to workforce planning and development to deliver high-impact projects and insights
  • Identifies process improvements that will have a positive impact data cleanliness
  • Partners with leadership to solve for data gaps and deliver scalable solutions
  • Conducts ad-hoc analysis to assist with time sensitive decision making
  • Focuses on data integrity and cleanliness
  • Educates and coaches stakeholders on how to interrupt and use data to influence

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Six months of experience gathering report requirements for data analysis and creating reports and dashboards; preferably in workforce or human resources

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $74,360.00 - $102,689.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
