Paradigm is seeking a Workforce Coordinator with Project Coordination focus to support our client, a leader in the legal services industry. This position coordinates incoming project work across a Data Services team, tracks assignments through completion, communicates project status, and helps resolve bottlenecks and competing priorities.

This opportunity is best suited for someone with a strong project coordination background rather than traditional workforce planning or scheduling experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, works well under changing deadlines, and is comfortable maintaining project information in Microsoft Excel.

Type:
12 Month Contract
Pay: $20hr - $23hr
Location: Remote, USA (Approved States Only)

Work Schedule: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pacific Time; candidates must be available to work these hours.

As a Workforce Coordinator, you will:
  • Coordinate and assign incoming Data Services work based on deadlines, project requirements, and available capacity.
  • Track assignments, project milestones, and outstanding tasks through completion.
  • Prepare and communicate daily status updates regarding active projects and assigned work.
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, and competing priorities and coordinate appropriate next steps.
  • Maintain visibility into the progress, timelines, and status of projects moving through Data Services.
  • Track estimated versus actual project hours and identify potential variances.
  • Gather work-queue information and prepare Excel reports to support planning and process improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Client Services, Data Services, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Escalate widespread technical issues or outages that may affect project delivery.

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
  • 3+ years of project coordination, operations coordination, or similar experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of changing assignments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with project managers, technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and immediate deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including adding line items to tables, formatting spreadsheets, and using basic formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate issues logically.
  • Ability to track project information, schedules, assignments, and hours accurately.
