About Statsig

Statsig is on a mission to revolutionize how software is built, tested, and scaled.

Thousands of companies—including OpenAI, Microsoft, Atlassian, Notion, Bloomberg, Brex, Vercel, and Rippling —rely on Statsig to understand their product and find new ways to grow. We're not just building a better analytics or experimentation tool - we're changing the way products are built, so that every company can have a distributed, data-based product culture.

Backed by Sequoia Capital and Madrona Venture Group, Statsig has grown rapidly, surpassing key revenue milestones and becoming the platform of choice for leading product teams across the world.

About the Role

At Statsig, our office is more than just a place to work. It's where ideas spark, teams move fast, and people actually want to be. Our in-person culture is one of our biggest strengths, and this role is at the heart of it.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly and loves the satisfaction of a well-stocked fridge or a tidy kitchen. This is a hands-on, keep-it-moving role for someone who’s energized by keeping a busy office humming. You'll be setting up, tidying up, and helping everyone have a great day at work.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, solving problems, organizing supplies, and helping your teammates feel supported. If you're the kind of person who notices when the coffee's low or the chairs are out of place, you're probably a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Open and close our outdoor lounge space (bring cushions in at night, out in the morning)

  • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized throughout the day

  • Load and unload the dishwasher

  • Refresh daily coffee and manage snack and coffee deliveries

  • Refill bathroom supplies and change water filters

  • Set up and clean up lunch and dinner deliveries

  • Track and reorder supplies, including office basics and IT accessories

  • Help with desk and chair setups for new hires or internal moves

  • Maintain the swag closet so it's always ready to impress

  • Sit at the front desk to greet teammates, visitors, and guests

  • Manage guest check-in and help everyone feel welcome

  • Oversee light facilities work (like submitting work orders for plumbing or maintenance)

  • Set up and break down for events (folding chairs, tables, decorations, etc.)

  • Receive and organize package deliveries

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy physical, hands-on work and being in motion

  • Are naturally organized and love keeping spaces clean and functional

  • Like being helpful and solving little problems before they become big ones

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy being around people

  • Can lift up to 50 pounds and don’t mind a bit of manual work

  • 1+ years of workplace coordination experience

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in facilities, hospitality, or customer service

  • Familiarity with simple office systems like coffee machines, ordering tools, or delivery apps

  • A genuine interest in workplace culture and helping teams feel at home

Compensation & team structure

Compensation for this role will be between $24 and $30 per hour, depending on experience.

This role sits on our BizOps team, which spans operations, strategy, and HR. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company and report to the Business & Operations Manager (Julie Leary).

This is an in-person role (5 days a week) based in our Bellevue, WA office.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
