We are seeking a talented and experienced senior Integrated Marketing Lead to spearhead our global B2B growth marketing strategies.
Position Overview: The Senior Integrated Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, generate leads and inform our end-to-end experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B technology marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing disciplines and other teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

- Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with our commercial goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing Workplace's value proposition.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives and engages target audiences.
- Market Research: Utilise data and insights into client needs, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 15+ years' experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
