  • Coordinate talent, crew, vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless on-set execution

  • Manage budgets, scheduling, shoot logistics, and production calendars across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and brand teams to keep deliverables and timelines aligned

  • Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders while keeping productions organized, on track, and within scope

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations

  • Experience managing YouTube native or digital first productions with a strong understanding of production workflows and timelines

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously

  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews

  • A systems oriented mindset, you think about how to build processes that scale efficiently over time

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem solve quickly in fast moving production environments

  • Experience supporting the full production lifecycle, from early planning through post production delivery

  • A collaborative, low ego approach and genuine enjoyment of bringing structure and clarity to creative environments

  • Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, design tools, or technology brands; A deep love for design.

Our Values
  • Work hard, learn harder

  • Be effectively proactive

  • Overdeliver for clients

  • Be kind by being clear

  • A+ players only

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
