The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will lead AI-driven marketing analytics, develop performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Lead strategy, evaluation, and activation of talent and brand partnerships. Build deal frameworks, manage contract terms, and align cross-functional teams. Define KPIs, create partner scorecards and dashboards, run A/B tests and predictive models, and translate performance into optimization and commercial outcomes.

Lead global media investment strategy and governance, managing enterprise marketing budgets, agency and platform partnerships, and agile investment operating models. Drive ROI-focused allocation, partner with Finance and Commercial teams, pilot ad tech and new platforms, and lead a global media investment team to present performance insights to executive leadership.
