Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for performance marketing experimentation across display, retargeting, emerging advertising environments, and customer acquisition channels. Lead experiments from hypothesis through scale decisions, establish measurement and financial guardrails, evaluate platforms and partners, and build repeatable playbooks. Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Creative, Merchandising, Finance, and external partners while communicating recommendations to senior leadership.

Own the roadmap and optimization systems for Chewy’s large-scale search marketing program, including measurement, bidding, automation, experimentation, and incrementality testing. Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing, and advertising technology providers to improve customer acquisition, profitability, and operational leverage. Diagnose performance issues, develop business cases, influence platform partners, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
