We need an English-fluent Brand / Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand identities, style guides, and visual standards
- Create key visuals and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Design assets for digital and offline media including social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials
- Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver high-impact visual solutions
- Manage packaging design, branding materials, and visual communication for campaigns
- Produce assets optimized for various touchpoints: web, social media, print, and CRM Channels
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign design, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating visual identities, style guides, and brand standards
- Proven ability to design for both digital and offline channels
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools
- Knowledge of motion design (After Effects)
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design
- Experience designing for CRM and email marketing campaigns
- Background working with agencies or in-house creative teams
- Experience with packaging design
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This is a full-time, Two-months project based position, with the possibility of extension based on the client’s needs.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
