942- Product Designer

We need an English-fluent Product Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for new features and improvements across platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that solve complex user problems.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Partner with engineers throughout the development process to ensure design integrity and quality implementation.
• Conduct user research activities including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Design for multiple user personas across Non-Profit and Financial Institution market segments.
• Create design solutions that work within a unified platform serving different markets.
• Present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business metrics.
• Support the design of internal tools used by our Services teams.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS and fintech.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities across complex products.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing within and contributing to design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, color, and interaction design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of technical constraints and how to work effectively with engineering Teams.

It´s a Plus:

• Experience in vertical SaaS (industry-specific software solutions).
• Background in financial technology, fundraising platforms, payment systems, or related fintech products.
• Experience designing for multiple user types or market segments within a single platform.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineers.
• Experience designing for both consumer and B2B applications.
• Background working in agile development environments.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
