Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a diligent and proactive Account Associate to join our Customer Success Team in Lanham, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing new and Business-to-Business (B2B) clients with accurate cost estimates and coordinating the execution of regional, domestic, and international art services. You will act as a virtual bridge between clients needs and operational execution, ensuring every project is priced accurately and managed with the highest level of professional care. 

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) 

In this role, you will:

  • Estimation & Project Pricing: Utilize tariffs and pricing tools to build comprehensive estimates for regional, domestic, and international services; manage project costs to ensure delivery within budget and on time (subject to change of scope.)

  • Client Onboarding & Management:  Manage inbound requests (web and phone); educate new clients on Crozier’s suite of storage and service solutions to facilitate growth. 

  • Operational Coordination:  Provide clear directives to operating departments and third party vendors; handle SFDC (Salesforce) entry and maintain booked job tasks including dates, expenses, and paperwork. 

  • Account Management Support: Support Account Managers with standard estimates generation for overflow requests and collaborate across departments to achieve seamless project outcomes; consult AM for problem solving and escalation when needed.  

  • Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service to uphold the client experience. Work through clients requests throughout the project lifecycle as changes, issues and problems occur; issue resolution, delegation, escalation and completion. 

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a providing estimates and/or services across a wide variety of art services and shipping needs

  • Strong knowledge of the art industry, including a genuine passion for art related advancements and logistics. 

  • Proven ability in problem solving and resourcefulness, specifically the ability to think practically in a demanding, fast paced environment. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across several teams and provide premier client experience. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and international shipping is highly recommended.

  • Pay: Starting at $75,300.00/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience), and is Bonus Eligible.

  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5 PM

  • Location: Hargrove Campus - 4500 Hargrove Dr., Lanham, MD 20706 (Not Remote Eligible. Onsite Only.)

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00 + commissions.

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
