What You'll Do
- Host live product demos and lead sales conversations with prospective customers.
- Research prospects before meetings to understand their business, portfolio, potential challenges, and needs.
- Tailor demos to each prospect, connecting KeyRing's features and capabilities to their specific use cases.
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover pain points, qualify opportunities, and identify potential fit.
- Manage follow-ups, address objections, and move prospects through the sales process toward conversion.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and document prospect activity, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
- Provide feedback on prospect objections, product gaps, and market needs to help improve our sales approach.
- Help refine sales messaging, demo flows, and outreach strategies as we develop our go-to-market process.

- Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize sales conversations based on their business and needs.
- Persistent, professional follow-up and the ability to manage a pipeline without constant supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where processes are still evolving and initiative is essential.
- Experience in real estate, property management, proptech, or property-management software is a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of relatable experience
What Success Looks Like
- Delivering engaging, tailored demos that connect product capabilities to customer needs.
- Maintaining consistent follow-up and clear next steps for every active opportunity.
- Converting qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Sharing actionable feedback that helps improve our sales process and messaging.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, with an initial commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Schedule will be in EST time zone
- Remote, U.S.-based.
- Compensation structured as a base hourly rate plus performance-based commission, with details based on experience and agreed sales targets.
