About the role

As the Enterprise Account Executive, you'll operate as a top individual contributor. You'll carry your own quota, closing strategic health system deals, while also working alongside the CEO to develop the playbook. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to stay close to the deal, not just manage a pipeline from a distance.

You'll partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, refine messaging, and build the sales processes that lets Rely Health scale. At the same time, you'll be in the room for key prospect calls, helping close the deals that matter most and showing the team what excellence looks like in practice.

The ideal candidate is comfortable running their own book of business, someone who is excited to build the next phase of Rely Health!

What you'll do

Carry and consistently exceed an individual sales quota, focused on new logo health system and provider deals

Build and refine the sales playbook, including messaging, objection handling, and deal strategy

Partner with Marketing and Product to align go-to-market priorities with market opportunity

Own forecasting and pipeline accuracy for the enterprise sales organization

Establish sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting standards that support scalable growth

Represent Sales in executive and board-level discussions on pipeline health and growth strategy

Serve as an escalation point for complex or strategic deal negotiations

Attend and represent Rely Health at relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Collaborate across the organization to develop realistic deployment timelines, resource plans and service delivery commitments to be presented to prospects during the sales cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in healthcare technology sales, with a track record of exceeding quota

Experience selling into health systems, hospitals, or post-acute care organizations

Strong understanding of the healthcare buying process, including clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders

Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

Strong financial acumen, including deal modeling, ROI-based selling, and pricing strategy

Strong forecasting discipline and CRM rigor

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment

Excellent communication and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing book of hospital, health system, or physician group relationships within an assigned market segment

Health plan, Health System, and/or physician group sales experience with deal sizes of $100K+

Experience as a founding or early-stage sales hire at a high-growth healthcare startup, including building GTM playbooks and sales processes from scratch

Experience selling AI-powered, technology-enabled services, or care navigation solutions to healthcare organizations

Experience selling into both provider (health system/hospital) and payer or employer markets

Experience building and presenting executive-level business cases, ROI models, and commercial proposal

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):

Required skills: expertise in Windows and Google environments with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, including Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Advanced technical competencies; Active use of AI tools in everyday practice

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with a diverse network of administrative leadership and staff

Advanced ability to analyze data sets and manipulate for story-telling and talk-track competencies

Change Management- Ability to help counterparts through difficult transitions to a new process, workflow or situation

Motivation/Drive - Self-starter and a desire for continuous learning.  Going beyond what is asked to take on new challenges and create innovative solutions is critical to success, and the ability to inspire others to do the same.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Competent with translating abstract ideas into manageable and appropriate action items and help provide direction if tasks are unclear

Travels as needed to practice locations for implementation, reporting, or program support.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
