The Account Executive will oversee the sales development activities for the company and be in charge of implementing campaigns and sales driven activities. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and nurture business to business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities
  • Support partner and customer facing events and activities
  • Work closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit specific winning strategies 
  • Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging
  • Identifies and analyzes client preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can enable achieving those goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to effectively manage partner sales leadership
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • 3+ years of sales experience required 
  • Exposure to Workday suite of products (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Planning)
  • Experiences with selling to Line of Business (COO, VP) level of contacts
  • "Hunter" mindset as to demand generation and pipeline development activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of Workday sales experience required.

  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
