The Account Manager DPMS Sensei Pro will be responsible for Caresteam Dental’s Sensei Cloud Software solutions. This role will be the primary sales contact for new and current customers interested in migrating to our Sensei Cloud portfolio. This role will be the primary sales contact for all customers interested in migrating to Sensei Cloud from our on-premise software or competitive solutions. The primary responsibility is to generate sales of Sensei Cloud and Sensei Imaging and to upsell existing Carestream Dental DPMS customers. Additionally, cross-selling our Patient Solutions to Sensei Cloud customers at the point of interest through implementation of sale. Successful execution includes achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets (prospecting, demonstration, sales order and implementation targets).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate sales within our existing installed base and from competitive logos by upselling and cross-selling solutions
- Forecast to achieve Annual Operating Plan. Ensure sales pipeline is robust enough to achieve goals around revenue, sales cycle, order-to-cash and close ratio
- Own the entire sales process, from qualification through implementation
- Qualify and validate customer readiness to migrate to Sensei Cloud. Approve migrations
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on all Sensei Cloud solutions, and insure Account Management team is trained to present Sensei Cloud in order to gain demonstrations
- Act as quarterback for Account Managers in Sensei Cloud sales process. Coordinate communications and customer approach
- Achieve quotas and Key Performance Indicators
- Quickly and consistently document customer notes in CRM
- Attend marketing events, trade shows or conferences, and build relationships with clients and partners
- Partner with marketing to insure all sales collateral is consistent with customer needs
- Communicate customer needs by collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience and continued product development. Provide detailed VOC (voice of customer) to product team
- Support new hire training and mentoring as needed.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred in Business or Life Sciences
- At least 5 years sales or account management experience, with at least 3 years selling solutions - based software with a consistent track record of driving revenue and quota achievement
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence desired results
- Informed on industry topics and thought leadership with our clients and internal teams
- Preferred expertise with MS Teams and Salesforce.com
- Strong willingness to champion change management, processes and technology
- Willingness to travel nationally to trade show
- This is a remote position. Work schedule is 8:00AM – 5PM, depending on geography and territory assigned.
- Required flexibility to meet customer calendars for meetings outside standard business hours
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 USD OTE (split between base & commission), based on experience.
