Join Flexion’s Creators department specializing in the mobile gaming industry that connects brands with content creators and influencers worldwide. We work with leading clients and partners in the entertainment, TV, streaming, and events sectors. With innovative approaches and a motivated team, we set new standards for successful campaigns and projects.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for experienced Account Managers to join us and implement exciting projects with our customers.

Tasks

  • Customer management: Building and maintaining a close relationship with our customers in the TV/streaming/event sector as the central point of contact.
  • Project management: Planning, organization and implementation of marketing campaigns and projects with a focus on digital and classic formats.
  • Strategic consulting: Analysis of customer needs and development of creative, targeted solutions.
  • Teamwork: Close collaboration with internal departments such as Influencer Relations, Creative and Marketing, as well as external partners.
  • Budget and time management: Monitoring of budgets, timelines and results to ensure project goals are met.
  • Innovation management: Contributing to the development of new concepts and ideas for TV/event/streaming projects.

Requirements

  • Agency Background: At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, specifically within an advertising or communications agency setting. You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, tight deadlines, and high-level client expectations.
  • Industry Expertise: At least 1 year of dedicated experience within the mobile games industry. You must understand the specific nuances of mobile UA (User Acquisition), app store ecosystems, experienced in distribution/markets and the mobile gaming creator landscape.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record as a Gaming Specialist, with a deep pulse on trending mobile titles, platform-specific content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitch), and gaming culture.
  • Digital know-how: Experience in digital campaigns and tools (e.g., social media, streaming platforms, project management tools).
  • Customer focus: Excellent communication skills, consulting expertise and strong presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills: Structured, solution-oriented work style with an eye for detail.
  • Teamwork skills: Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and drive projects forward.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
