Delerme CPA is
We are seeking a CPA with strong experience in U.S. tax compliance, tax planning, and client advisory services. This individual will work directly with clients and must be comfortable managing engagements from start to finish.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Active CPA license.
3-7+ years of experience in public accounting.
Strong experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S.
Experience using CCH Axcess Tax is strongly preferred.
Ability to review staff-prepared returns and provide technical guidance.
Experience with tax planning strategies for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Familiarity with international tax reporting and compliance, including FBAR, FATCA, Forms 5471, 8865, 8938, and foreign ownership reporting requirements.
Comfortable speaking directly with clients and explaining tax matters in a consultative manner.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience working in a CPA firm environment required.
Interview & Assessment Process
Qualified candidates will participate in a multi-step interview process, including:
Personality and behavioral assessment.
Technical tax assessment using real-world client case studies.
Video presentation of case study findings and recommendations, allowing candidates to demonstrate their technical expertise, communication skills, client advisory approach, and ability to explain complex tax matters clearly..
