Chewy is hiring an AD Product Manager - Payment Partnerships and Strategy to join our team in Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA, or Plantation, FL. Reporting to the Director of Payments and Fraud, you will drive our payments roadmap, support complex product implementations, and work with third-party vendors to achieve results. You should have a proven track record of focusing on customer needs, managing strategic roadmaps, launching cross-functional payment products, and negotiating partnerships in large organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Payments Roadmap and Execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and implement the payments strategy.
  • Third-Party Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with payment processors, networks, and acquirers, ensuring effective contract negotiations and managing RFP/RFI processes.
  • Product Vision and Communication: Develop and communicate compelling short and long-term product visions, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination and Risk Management: Ensure seamless communication of results, risks, and issues across projects, fostering collaboration and alignment with business owners, project leaders, and team members.
  • Support and Best Practices: Apply your skills to support the Payments and Fraud team, sharing product management best practices and aiding in implementation execution.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 7+ years in product or partner management, with a focus on Payments in e-commerce or similar industries. Proven track record in driving contract negotiations and delivering complex product roadmaps.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong data analysis abilities, capable of presenting metrics effectively to support recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail. Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly with leadership, and in guiding initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $156,000-$255,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
