Provide secretarial and clerical support for the Cardiac Service Line Director and team, including scheduling, minutes and agenda preparation, filing, mailings, data entry, and advanced word processing. Coordinate administrative functions across multiple cardiac units and maintain records to ensure smooth office operations.
Under the general direction and supervision of the Service Line Director, the Cardiac Service Line Secretary I assumes responsibility for multiple secretarial assignments relative to the function of the Service Line (CSL), including minutes and agenda preparation, filing, mailings, maintenance of records, basic and advanced word processing, data entry and scheduling for the CSL Director. The primary objective is the orchestration of the secretarial/clerical functions of the Service Line, which consists of CARA, EP, Cath lab, Echo, ECG, CICU, 6S, 6N, and 8N.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years Secretarial experience with medical terminology.
- Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: College/business courses in MS Office and computers.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
