Spectrum is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help manage schedules, handle confidential information and support daily operations for department leaders. Your work will keep our team running smoothly and contribute directly to our ongoing success.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Prepare and process confidential memos, reports and proposals with accuracy
  • Maintain organized files and records, distribute correspondence and sort incoming mail
  • Generate reports, graphs and charts to support departmental needs
  • Arrange meetings and events, including logistics for hotel, catering and audio/visual requirements
  • Operate office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain workflow
  • Conduct research and data analysis to assist management and perform liaison duties as needed
  • Coordinate management schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for efficient operations

Required Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework in business, related field or equivalent

Experience
  • 3+ years of administrative or secretarial work experience

Skills
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong prioritization and organization
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Proficient with 10-key adding machine
  • Competent with computers and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, fax, calculator, etc.
  • Basic mathematics
  • Understanding of general office procedures

The base pay for this position generally is between
$20.00 and $33.40. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
