- Client Overview: We are hiring for a large enterprise tech company that is globally recognized for its innovative technology solutions.
- Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant in our global sales team, you will provide essential support to two General Managers (GMs) by managing their calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and event support. This role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring effective communication between our executives and partners.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for the GMs
  - Assist with travel arrangements and process business expenses
  - Act as a backup for the Executive Admin for GM when necessary
  - Support international and domestic travel coordination
  - Provide basic Excel skills for various activities including event support, booking rooms, catering, badges, and logistics support for partner meetings with executives

  - 5-7 years of overall experience in an administrative role
  - Minimum 5+ years experience with calendar support using Outlook
