4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
- Point of contact for new and backfill request/approval process.
- Collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to create requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and keep relevant contacts informed.
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
- Track and report end-to-end details for open and ongoing hiring.
- Answer and solve hiring manager, candidate, and recruiter questions.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
- Ability to implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
- Proactive identification and escalation of issues as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and adjust direction in response to changing priorities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
- Previous experience as a project manager or in operations.
- Knowledge of Employee Central and iCIMS.
