- Role Summary: As an Executive Business Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to three Managers in SMC, as well as larger team support. Your role will involve calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, procurement, and general office support.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for three Managers.
- Provide support to direct reports of the Managers as needed.
- Assist with team events, new hire onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle asset tracking and facility requests.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and interactions.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar role.
