Job Title: I/O Psychology Administrative Support Specialist

Overview:

OBAN is currently searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist I/O Psychologists and Consultants on workforce assessments, competency modeling, employee surveys, organizational effectiveness studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for federal I/O Psychology projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and project documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and briefing materials.
  • Support contract deliverables and project reporting requirements.
  • Assist with surveys, assessments, and organizational studies.
  • Assist with compiling and organizing assessment results and supporting documentation.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and quality control reviews.
  • Maintain project files and ensure document version control.
  • Organize electronic records in accordance with federal records management requirements.
  • Prepare materials for project audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employees and organizational data.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree; relevant training/certification preferred.
  • Three plus years administrative support for federal or consulting projects.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, federal contractors, or consulting projects preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive workforce information.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficiency Data Visualization Tools
