We’re looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager (remote) to take ownership of our affiliate channel and help scale it into a structured, high-performing growth engine.

This is a mid-level management role responsible for driving affiliate revenue, developing partner strategy, and executing operational initiatives. The role combines hands-on affiliate management with ownership of performance, reporting, and process improvements.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build a scalable affiliate program and support future team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Channel Ownership

  • Own day-to-day performance of the affiliate channel.
  • Manage and grow revenue from existing affiliate partners.
  • Identify and close new direct deals with sites and traffic providers.
  • Optimize placements, pricing models, and conversion performance.

Strategy & Growth

  • Execute the affiliate growth strategy aligned with company targets.
  • Test new traffic sources, deal structures, and partnership models.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Data, Reporting & Optimization

  • Own affiliate performance reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Work with BI and product teams to improve tracking accuracy.
  • Identify underperforming deals and implement corrective actions.

Team & Process Development

  • Coordinate work of junior affiliate managers or future hires.
  • Standardize processes for deal tracking, reporting, and partner management.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of additional affiliate staff as the channel scales.

Partnerships & Industry Presence

  • Build long-term relationships with key affiliates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in affiliate marketing, media buying, or digital advertising.
  • Experience with CPC, CPM, rev-share, and flat deals.
  • Proven track record managing revenue-generating affiliate accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Comfortable owning KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Advanced Google Sheets or analytics tool proficiency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in entertainment, traffic networks, or high-volume consumer marketplaces.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday, or similar systems.
