G2i connects senior software engineers with frontier AI labs for human data, evaluation and RLHF work, and places senior engineers with enterprise clients. Our community team runs the people side of that work: who we bring in, how they get tested and onboarded, and what their experience is like once they're working. We've staffed more than 10,000 engineers across our clients, and we take pride in doing it at short notice.
You'll co-own human data campaigns with the rest of the community team. When a lab needs 300 Python reviewers by Monday, the team splits the work, and you'll take whole pieces of it: turning the client's bar into search criteria, pulling the right people from our bench, getting them tested and onboarded, and keeping them productive and informed until the campaign closes.
You'll report to the Director of AI Community and work every day with our project leads, recruiters and ops team. This is a hands-on role. You'll run the work yourself before you design process around it.
What you'll doRun campaigns with the team from brief to wrap-up. That covers sourcing, outreach, assessments, onboarding, in-campaign support and offboarding.
Turn a client's requirements into a sourcing profile. Mine the CVs they approved and the interview transcripts of people who passed for what the strong candidates have in common, then search on that.
Keep the bench full so tested engineers are ready when a project lands.
Screen CVs and fraud reports at volume. Spot resume-mill templates, fabricated work histories and identity mismatches, and know when to escalate.
Move engineers through compliance-gated onboarding: background checks, contracts, SSO and device security, Slack and client platform access. You'll coordinate with ops on the steps you can't action yourself.
Be the engineers' point of contact during a campaign. Run status check-ins, unblock people, and give project leads an honest read on who is working and who isn't.
Write the messages engineers actually read: outreach, rejections with real feedback, waiting-room updates, offboarding notes. Nothing goes out that reads as a job offer before there is one.
Document what you do so the next campaign runs faster than the last one.
Use AI tools daily for screening, sourcing and drafting, and show the team what works.
3+ years in human data operations, annotation or RLHF delivery, technical recruiting for AI work, or developer community management at scale. Experience at a data vendor or a lab-facing talent marketplace is a strong plus.
You can read a senior engineer's CV and tell a staff-level Python generalist from a keyword-stuffed template.
You've run high-volume pipelines against real deadlines and kept quality up.
You handle moving targets well. Start dates slip and requirements change mid-campaign, and you adjust without losing the candidates' trust.
You treat candidate experience as part of the job. You'd rather tell someone "not yet" clearly than leave them waiting.
Excellent written English. Most of this job happens in Slack and email.
You already use Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools in your daily work and can show us how.
Ashby or another ATS at admin level
Deel, Checkr, Okta or similar onboarding and compliance tools
Slack workspace admin and workflow automation, e.g. n8n, Workflow Builder or Apps Script
An engineering background of your own
Fully remote team spread across several time zones. Most of our engineers are in the US, so you'll need regular overlap with US hours.
Unlimited PTO, and we expect you to take it.
Occasional weekend coverage, shared across the team on a rotation and reactive only.
