About the Role
The Strategy at Attentive team leads both internal and external AI initiatives across the company, driving innovation and alignment with our broader business goals. We work cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
What You'll Accomplish
- Review, update, and maintain internal documentation that supports AI-driven tools and workflows
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information
- Ensure documentation is structured in a way that’s optimized for AI consumption (e.g., clear logic, consistent formatting, minimal ambiguity)
- Track changes, version history, and content coverage across internal systems
- Identify and fill content gaps, and suggest improvements for clarity and usability
- Support onboarding and internal training materials tied to AI tool functionality
Your Expertise
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfort working in Confluence, Google Docs, or similar platforms
- Interest in AI/automation tools and how they integrate into business processes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple documentation tracks or sources
- Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, structured data, or technical writing
- Ability to work in our NYC office 3 times a week until the end of the calendar year

- This role will be paid at the rate of $25 per hour and is non-exempt
