Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI and data platform architectures aligned with client business outcomes.
- Lead architecture for Generative AI applications, Copilot implementations, AI agents, RAG-based knowledge systems, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.
- Define solution patterns that address scalability, security, reliability, governance, observability, and maintainability.
- Create architecture diagrams, design narratives, integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and implementation guidance.
- Architect solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Power BI, Azure Functions, App Services, Container Apps, and related Microsoft cloud services.
- Evaluate model, agent, data, and application platform choices based on business value, security, cost, and operational fit.
- Establish reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and implementation playbooks for Artic client engagements.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, roadmap sessions, and executive briefings.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI solution roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
- Present architecture recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advise clients on responsible AI, governance, adoption, readiness, and ROI measurement.
- Guide data engineers, software engineers, AI engineers, and consultants through implementation.
- Review solution designs, code, security controls, integration approaches, and deployment plans.
- Mentor delivery team members and raise Artic's internal AI architecture capabilities.
- Partner with project managers and account leaders to manage delivery risk and client expectations.
- Support sales and delivery teams with proposals, Statements of Work, estimates, technical responses, and solution demonstrations.
- Contribute to AI offerings, proof-of-concepts, demos, and reusable assets that expand Artic's Data & AI practice.
- Support Microsoft-aligned opportunities and partner-led AI transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud, data, or software architecture, or solution delivery, including 3+ years focused on AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation
- Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements, executive workshops, solution design sessions, and technical delivery teams
- secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data, applications, identity, security, and governance framework.
- Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agent design

- Machine learning concepts, MLOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
- Python, SQL, integration patterns, API design, DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices
- Security, compliance, data governance, privacy, cost management, observability, and operational readiness

- Improve proposal quality, solution estimation accuracy, and technical consistency across AI engagements.
- Expand client adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Mentor consultants and help grow Artic's AI architecture and delivery capabilities.
- Lead practical, client-facing AI transformation initiatives using the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Work across strategy, architecture, delivery, and executive advisory responsibilities.
- Help shape and scale Artic's Data & AI practice and AI solution offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams on high-value consulting engagements.
- Build solutions that convert modern AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
