AI Video Learning Producer

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, we’re redefining how organizations design, deliver, and continuously improve experiences by combining software with practical skills, patterns, and guidance to put Experience Management into action. Scaled learning has become a key growth driver, accelerating time-to-value, advancing maturity, and enabling sustainable customer outcomes. This role focuses on creating modern, AI-powered learning that rapidly produces content to help customers activate, adopt, and succeed, while also building community and advocacy within the XM ecosystem. You’ll be part of the Community, Learning, and Advocacy team — a cross-functional group shaping how customers learn, grow, and influence XM as a category, all within the Customer Marketing organization.

How You’ll Find Success

  • You value pace over perfection — and believe high-velocity iteration beats long-form, over-produced perfection
  • You see customer learning as fast, iterative, story-driven content — closer to product marketing and creator craft than traditional corporate instructional design
  • You are energized by experimentation and continuous topic + format testing
  • You have a natural, engaging on-camera presence and can simplify complex concepts fast
  • You collaborate effectively across teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to create impactful learning experiences

How You’ll Grow

  • Establish a net-new learning channel and voice for Qualtrics at scale
  • Influence how Qualtrics operationalizes modern learning across surfaces, not just courses
  • Learn how learning, advocacy, and community combine to drive expansion, not just education
  • Become a force multiplier for customer maturity and platform success outcomes

Things You’ll Do

  • Produce video learning content end-to-end: script, film, narrate, edit, publish
  • Use AI-first video editing tools (e.g. Descript) for accelerated production, auto-captioning, clip generation, and translation
  • Convert Labs sessions, SME explainers, office hours, and product demos into story-driven video assets
  • Publish weekly (1–2 video assets per week) and continuously shorten production cycle time
  • Manage the video library, improve discoverability, and support advocacy storytelling via video
  • Experiment relentlessly — titles, formats, hooks, pacing, analytics — and scale what performs

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 2–4 years producing educational, explainers, product walkthroughs, or tutorial-style video content
  • Comfortable as on-camera talent — conversational, credible, and engaging
  • Strong narrative + distillation ability
  • Demonstrated experience operating AI tools daily to multiply your output — not just experimentation or awareness
  • Bias toward fast shipping, iteration, and measurable learner impact

What You Should Know About This Team

  • We’re a nimble, cross-functional group empowered to set bold goals and move quickly to achieve them together.
  • Collaboration and iteration drive our success — complex challenges are tackled by sharing ideas openly and continuously refining solutions.
  • We embrace strategic risks and encourage experimentation, knowing that innovation thrives when we push boundaries.
  • Growth opportunities come naturally; this team values curiosity, learning, and helping each other succeed at every stage.
  • Our mission centers on bringing humanity, connection, and empathy back to business, creating meaningful impact for customers worldwide.

Our Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits

  • A hybrid work model that balances purposeful in-office collaboration with flexible remote work for better work-life integration.
  • Access to thoughtfully designed office environments optimized to inspire innovation and teamwork.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
