Cxponent is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for a part-time position, committing 15 to 20 hours per week. You will join the team to work on an existing modern web application. You'll leverage an AI coding platform to rapidly enhance existing features, expand capabilities, and build new components. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with production code, engineering fundamentals, and a modern tech stack at a forward-thinking company.

• Frontend: React and TypeScript for building interactive user interfaces.
• Styling: Tailwind CSS for rapid and utility-first styling.
• Backend Integration: Basic understanding of connecting frontend apps to data services like Supabase (for database/auth) or OpenAPI backends.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of concepts like version control (Git), modular design, and code structure.
• Data Modeling & Design: Basic grasp of relational or non-relational database concepts and how to design data structures for an application.

• Use the AI coding platform to rapidly build new features and enhance existing components of the web application.
• Review, debug, and refactor existing React/TypeScript code to improve quality and maintainability, applying software engineering fundamentals.
• Work with the data layer, applying basic principles of data modeling when integrating features with Supabase.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager to expand the application's functionality.

• Proven experience (coursework or personal projects) with the React ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, committing to 15–20 hours per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to analyze and improve upon existing codebases.
