About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the team

The Integrated Campaigns Creative team within the Salesforce Product Marketing organization is responsible for all our creative campaigns, from brand to demand. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of thinkers, makers and doers, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

About the role

The Agentforce Sales Product Creative Team is looking for an exceptional Art Director to bring our product, brand and marketing to life. Reporting into the Creative Director you will be challenged to strategically ideate, concept and problem-solve against key marketing briefs. You will help craft the Agentforce Sales story through a variety of channels and mediums, always advocating for the brand and taking pride in beautiful, inspiring and consistent work.

The right person for this role will be a strategic thinker, passionate and detail-oriented designer, and a highly-motivated, proactive individual that has the experience, ability and drive to manage multiple projects, establish a clear creative vision, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across the company.

The Agentforce Sales Product Creative team is responsible for all associated marketing material and promotion for our Sales products, ranging from high-level creative campaigns, and exciting event activations, down to the necessary demand-gen work that fuels meaningful MDP.

Who you are

You're a strategic thinker who digs into the brief and asks questions to understand the audience, product functionality, campaign journey, goals and timelines. You're an incredible and confident collaborator and partner to your creative and cross functional partners.
You have excellent design skills, a wealth of digital experience, and impressive conceptual abilities. You’re fearless in trying new directions or techniques in order to create something new and push boundaries of what's been done before. You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you’re frequently sought out by other designers for input on their designs. You’re both a sprinter and long-distance runner.

You'll concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and what should go on a t-shirt. You'll art direct and design new creative campaigns, sizzle reels, animations, e-books, social campaigns, websites, presentations and anything else to tell our product and customer stories. You'll also create immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest technology conference in the world.
You are passionate about AI tools, learning new software, experimenting quickly, and excited by the unknown. You are equally passionate about your craft, with an acute eye for detail and a desire for pixel perfection whenever possible.

What else you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and fellow creatives on conceptual creative development, design and execution across key marketing briefs.

  • Develop creative ideas that meet project KPIs; test and iterate when necessary

  • Work cross functionally with key marketing leads to present creative concepts and solutions against briefs

  • Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of design across all projects

  • Take full ownership of creative quality across all deliverables, including deck and file readiness (e.g., Figma files and presentations) for every review and final handoff.

  • Keen understanding and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends

  • Create, concept, inspire others, and roll up their sleeves while bringing creative ideas to life; can deliver and receive direct and clear feedback

  • Ability to think big while operating at the lowest level of detail

  • Must be a self starter while being comfortable guiding teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners

  • Pursue creative excellence in all forms, from high-level campaign executions to demand generation

  • Proactively identify team efficiencies and share new ways to leverage AI

What experience you have

  • BA or BFA in Art/Design

  • Extraordinary design and conceptual skills

  • World-class creative portfolio of work

  • Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to produce and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels of an organization

  • 8+ years experience in art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus

  • 3+ years experience leading and managing a team in a creative agency or internal creative group; global experience is a plus

  • 5+ years experience in marketing work with a rich portfolio including digital, print, interactive, website/mobile design and video

  • Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites, mobile and graphic design, Corporate ID, interactive, social campaigns, content marketing and events

  • Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools

  • Required working knowledge of creative AI tools and workflows, demonstrating competency in using AI to enhance concepting and execution.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
