Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director who will take full ownership of the product’s visual decisions and build a brand campaign direction from scratch, deeply integrated into the product.

The main goal of this role is to ensure high quality and consistency of visual solutions across the product, as well as to create a scalable brand direction that enhances product value for users and directly drives growth.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 1mln+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 150 specialists.
Your key responsibilities:

• Building and developing the brand direction within the product;

• Creating visual packaging for users’ products, goods, and services: from idea to final execution;

• Selecting and curating references that meet high visual standards for Instagram and paid creatives;

• Ensuring a consistent visual quality across all formats and channels;

• Close cross-functional collaboration with the team, including AI Content Creators and AI Prompt Engineers;

• Adapting creative solutions for scalable implementation within the product.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director;

• Experience working with high-end brand visual content: product shoots, lifestyle, beauty / product photography, campaign visuals;

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for visual content creation;

• Strong ability to work with concepts, references, and visual directions;

• Experience creating or participating in brand campaigns / photo shoots;

• Systematic thinking and the ability to build scalable creative solutions;

• Independence and readiness to take full responsibility for results.
