Assists with leading the hotel front office team by supporting training, coaching, scheduling, guest service, issue resolution, checklist compliance, cash handling, charge reconciliation, and coordination with other departments. Ensures guests receive prompt, courteous service and supports overall hotel goals. Requires availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, along with the ability to stand throughout a shift and lift at least 25 pounds.

- Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
