岗位职责

• 全程负责项目机电工程从前期设计、招采、施工到调试交付的全过程管理。
• 参与设计阶段图纸审核，提出可建造性、运维便利性及成本优化建议。
• 主导机电专业招标技术文件编制，参与评标及供应商技术评估。
• 跟踪设备材料采购及制造进度，确保供应链满足现场施工节奏。
• 全面管理施工阶段机电活动，协调各承包商解决现场技术及界面问题。
• 监督施工质量与安全，组织关键节点验收及系统调试。
• 管控机电变更，评估影响并主导变更审批流程。
• 编制项目进度报告，识别风险并向项目决策层汇报，提出应对策略。
• 组织竣工文件编制，协助完成系统移交及运维培训。
• 作为机电专业接口人，统筹设计院、顾问、承包商及供应商各方。

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for MEP works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructability, O&M accessibility, and cost-optimization suggestions.
• Lead the preparation of MEP technical tender documents and participate in bid evaluation and supplier technical assessment.
• Track equipment and material procurement and fabrication progress to ensure supply chain aligns with construction schedule.
• Fully manage on-site MEP activities during construction, coordinating contractors to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Supervise construction quality and safety, organize key milestone inspections and system commissioning.
• Control MEP change orders, assess impacts and lead the change approval process.
• Prepare progress reports, identify risks, report to project decision-makers, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Organize the preparation of as-built documentation and assist with system handover and O&M training.
• Serve as the primary MEP interface, coordinating among design institutes, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

任职要求

• 本科或以上学历，机电工程、机械工程或相关专业。
• 至少5年机电工程经验，有电子半导体、医药或制造业工厂厂房项目全过程管理背景者优先。
• 熟悉工程项目全流程，具备从前期到交付的完整项目管理能力。
• 有招标文件编制及技术评标经验。
• 具备成本意识和进度管控能力，能主动发现并解决问题。
• 优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能在多方协作中有效推动项目。
• 能独立主导机电板块，同时具备团队协作精神。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
• Familiar with the full project lifecycle, with complete project management capability from inception to handover.
• Experience in RFP preparation and technical bid evaluation.
• Cost-conscious and schedule-driven, with proactive problem-solving ability.
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, able to effectively drive projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Able to lead the MEP scope independently while being a strong team player.
