Applications will be accepted until 09/30/2026.

We're looking for a driven, ambitious Associate Account Partner to join a growing Professional Services team within Business Services and Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (industry experience not required for this role). You'll be a key player on our Go-To-Market team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, Account Partners, license sales, product experts, and the broader Customer Success ecosystem.
You'll generate pipeline by aligning our offerings with strategic customers we engage with, partner with our license teams on business value-led approaches and help customers unlock real value to achieve their biggest goals on the Salesforce Platform — all while building the relationships and instincts that set the foundation for a career at Salesforce.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, driving deals through a full sales cycle to closed won.
  • Work alongside our license sales organization and customers, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce Services as a long-term trusted advisor.
  • Craft compelling POVs and clearly pitch entry-point service engagements and expansions that generate real business value from a customer's Salesforce investment.
  • Partner cross-functionally on account strategy alongside our Account Partners, working with the Customer Success ecosystem to help customers get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
  • Build your industry expertise and business acumen fast — learning what motivates customers and how to align to their strategic goals.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 3+ years experience in technology sales or technology implementation — whether pitching solutions to customers or helping bring them to life.
  • You consistently meet or exceed quota, with experience closing deals in a multi week to multi-month sales cycle
  • You have experience navigating complex customer situations within large organizations and gaining executive-level buy-in.
  • You are able to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure, with great attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have expertise facilitating meetings and presenting to executive-level audiences in a concise, inspirational, and convincing manner.
  • You enjoy the pursuit of learning and thrive in a fast-paced environment for growth and change

Even Better If...

  • You have 3+ years of technology consultative sales experience, including 2+ years of inside or field sales experience
  • You consistently meet or exceed quota, with experience closing deals on a 2-week to 3-month deal cycle.
  • You have knowledge of business processes (such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support) and the ability to link those processes with product and technical solutions.
  • You have knowledge of Salesforce applications, platform features, capabilities, and best use, and/or experience in Consumer Business Services and/or Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industries.

Note: Our Associate Account Partners are primarily remote, but should be open to travel up to 20% of the time.
