About the Role

The Associate of Business Operations will support the business operations and strategic initiatives team for the CMO group across Subscription Strategy, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Science and B2B Marketing. The role will be responsible for invoice processing, accrual processes, and expense reporting to ensure they are managed, monitored, and completed in a timely and effective manner by collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also includes resolving all invoice, forecast, and vendor-related questions, as well as identifying opportunities to streamline the processes to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the Associate will develop consistent reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency within the invoice lifecycle and manage reporting processes related to expense, accruals and forecast management.

You Will:

  • Manage end-to-end invoice and accrual management activities, including invoice processing, accrual processes and providing supporting documents
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of invoice processing, including critical follow-up procedures for issue resolution
  • Work across the Marketing Organization and partner closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to track expenditures & vendor documents
  • Resolve all invoice and forecast-related internal partner and vendor questions and issues
  • Support vendor onboarding, governance and performance activities for the Marketing Organization
  • Develop consistent reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency within the invoice lifecycle and manage reporting processes related to budget and accruals management

You Have:

  • 1-2+ years of business management, marketing or other relevant experience
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and assist with various projects and tasks
