Job OverviewThis role supports the creation and execution of media content and creative projects for social media, digital platforms, swag, printed POP, and brand activations to enhance brand presence and engagement for Mint and Ultra Mobile. The position collaborates with creative, production, social, marketing, and cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives and consumer needs. Responsibilities include supporting creative production workflows, managing project communications, coordinating vendors and collaborators, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Success is measured by the effective execution of creative projects, timely delivery of assets, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse media content including graphic design, copy, motion graphics, animation, and video edits to meet project goals
- Collaborate with creative, production, social, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align creative work with business and consumer needs.
- Lead and coordinate creative projects across multiple channels including social, digital, branded merchandise, email, blogs, and display assets while monitoring timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external collaborators, including vendors and agency partners, to support production quality, approvals, and execution.
- Present creative work to collaborators for review, incorporate actionable feedback, and maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2-3 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an advertising agency, production, or post-production professional environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of advertising, social media marketing, design, and creative production workflows.
- Ability to coordinate timelines, approvals, meetings, and project communications across teams.
- Understanding of media and asset management workflows in a studio or agency setting and the ability to learn, understand, and implement only those workflows that are relevant to the role and team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to incorporate actionable feedback from peers, creative teams, leadership, and collaborators.

Base Pay Range: $51,700 - $93,300Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
