The Boeing Company is seeking a Associate-Level Ergonomist based out of Renton, WA.
The Workplace Safety division of the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) team is looking for a self-motivated ergonomist to provide support to the Boeing 737 program based out of the Renton site for production programs and support groups. This position is encouraged to apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to research, design, develop and verify mitigations to ergonomics risks found in production and office environments. As part of the EHS team, you will support health and safety initiatives as well as ergonomics and human factors projects and compliance. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and cultural influence through the site and airplane programs.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

- Lead audits, investigations, and coordinate mitigation efforts
- Develops corrective action plans to respond to internal/external audits and inspections
- Partner with management, engineering and mechanics to facilitate risk management decisions
- Analyze emerging technology for the identification of potential hazards and control methods
- Interpret and advise on the impact of emerging issues, regulations and legislation on company operations
- Evaluate and provide guidance on existing or emergent risk management control technologies
