WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead Campaign Execution Across Channels
Manage flawless campaign execution across in-app and programmatic channels including display, video, and CTV—guiding both day-to-day and strategic elements.

Manage and Develop Talent
Mentor and support a small team of Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Provide coaching, review work, and foster individual growth.

Drive Strategic Growth
Actively identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities. Use media knowledge and business acumen to guide clients toward long-term success.

Support Creative Testing and Innovation
Work closely with internal creative and analytics teams to develop and test new concepts, formats, and messaging frameworks tailored to performance goals.

Own Client Relationships
Operate as the main point of contact for small to mid-sized clients or as the programmatic channel lead within larger accounts. Present recommendations and performance updates with confidence and clarity.

Analyze and Optimize Performance
Use platform data, third-party tools, and internal insights to surface trends and craft data-backed strategies. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Operate with Independence
Manage your accounts and team with growing autonomy. Take ownership of strategy development, escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration with limited oversight.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
