Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking Associate Mission Systems Engineers to join our team in Tukwila, WA.
BDS has an exciting opportunity on the United States Air Force (USAF) E-7A Program for Mission Systems Engineers. The Mission Systems Team is responsible for design, procurement, and integration of the full Mission Systems capability onboard the E-7A.
The E-7 is the world's most advanced, capable, and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world. The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously. It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships. The E-7A program is an important program for Boeing with significant growth potential.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
• Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
• Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
• Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Hold an active U.S. Security Clearance or have held a security clearance in the past 24 months.
• Experience with computer hardware and architecture.
• Knowledge of high-performance computing infrastructure & networking.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $98,600 - $133,400
