Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist - (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila, WA, or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

OKC :$71,400 - $96,600
Tukwila: $81,600 - $110,400
Mid-Level -
OKC: $87,550 - $118,450
Tukwila: $101,150 - $136,550

- Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to change management plans
- Assists customers with risk assessment and development of mitigation or recovery plans
- Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of change management plans to support program compliance requirements

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
- 2+ years planning/scheduling or material coordination experience in aerospace/manufacturing/MRO.
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools and ERP/MRP (e.g., Microsoft Project, OpenPlan Professional, SAP).
- Ability to create/update schedules, perform resource leveling, and track milestones.
- Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and basic Earned Value concepts.
- Certifications (CAPM, scheduler training, PMP) or aerospace experience.
- Experience with EVM, schedule risk analysis, multi-project optimization, and regulated program support.
