About the Role: 

This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure. 

This is an onsite role based in Houston, TX requiring regular onsite work. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with Dragos Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria 
  • Works closely with client’s teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations for the deployment of new sensors; coordinate and conduct deployments 
  • Partner with client’s teams to refine applicable use cases and Dragos platform objectives 
  • Tune and optimize Dragos platform to meet defined customer objectives 
  • Develop content and build foundational workflows based on client use cases and value proposition 
  • Monitor the health of the Platform solution to ensure continuous Platform availability and continuously tune and optimize the Dragos Platform 
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and other configuration changes to the Platform solution 
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to enable key stakeholders, document processes 
  • Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support for the Platform, manage escalations 
  • Communicate roadmap of upcoming features and content with the client and conduct new release feature walkthroughs as needed 
  • Continually solicit client feedback on feature requests and improvements 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other Dragos teams/services (Intel, Threat Hunting)
  • Identify opportunities for other Dragos products and services 

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of ICS/OT and Cybersecurity experience  
  • Networking experience – Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols 
  • Experience with Linux (command line), Docker, scripting languages (python, shell, etc.), SIEMs 
  • Experience in on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise while managing multiple stakeholders and projects 
  • Customer-oriented and attentive to client needs, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% 

Compensation: 

  • Salary:  $158,000
